A downloadable game for Windows
A 2D fighting game I made with the help of the Unity framework UFE (short for Ultimate Fighting Engine) during an 8 week game project at Skurup And Fridhem Folk High School Game Design course.
I made the characters and designed their movesets using already existing assets from Unity Asset Store and Adobe Mixamo. This includes the character models and the animations.
I recommend an xbox controller to play the game with, other controllers that aren't a xbox controller (playstation or any controller that isn't recognised as an xbox controller) will highly likely not work due to how the Unity Input Manager works. It can only support one kind of controller. Otherwise you can play by using your keyboard.
I also recommend grabbing a friend to play with! The AI is more or less completely random and might not offer a satisfying game experience.
Includes:
3 Characters with their own unique movesets. Choose from Dark Priest, Ninja or Maria. The characters are mostly based on Street Fighter, including the controls and overall feel.
Ninja: A simpler character with only 3 attack buttons, has very good speed and can jump twice, can also dash forward and back. Has attacks that have good speed and range.
Maria: A close range and aggressive fighter. Has short range on her punches, but they deal good damage and can go into other attacks on hit or block.
Dark Priest: A tall man who fights with brute force, has a strong grab that can deal very high damage, also has a heavy punch with armor, meaning it can go through other attacks. Also has the highest health in the game.

Other controls:
Throw/Grab: Light Punch + Light Kick
Parry: Press forward before an attack hits you. A green flash will indicate you parried successfully.
Block: Hold back with movement to block.
Special moves:
Ninja: Quarter Circle Back Light Punch, performs Hurricane kick.
Maria: Quarter Circle Forward Light Punch, performs a forward motion and does a punch combo. Quarter Circle Back Light Punch, does a forward roll to advance forward forwards the opponent.
Dark Priest: Quarter Circle Forward Heavy Punch, Does a flying knee attack into a punch.
These special moves can be cancelled into from most normal attacks, usually medium and heavy punches.
Other commands:
Maria has forward attack buttons on all strength attacks (light, medium heavy). She can also chain moves from light punch to medium punch, or light punch to light kick etc. She also has an overhead attack (Must be blocked standing) with back medium punch.
Dark Priest has a overhead headbutt with forward heavy punch, and a dropkick that deals very good damage with forward heavy kick. Be careful not to miss it, or else you will be vulnerable for some time.
